Which lights activate the welcome light in my 2026 BMW iX?

When your 2026 BMW iX is opened, the welcome light turns on the interior lighting and the ground lighting, which goes out again after a few seconds or when the ignition is turned on and the headlights and tail lights are activated in several stages. The Welcome Light Carpet also makes it easier for you to get in and out. The dynamic Welcome Light Carpet projects an atmospheric, dynamic light graphic onto the ground in the entry area on both sides via light sources in the side sills.
