How can I delete the personal data and settings for my BMW ID in my BMW with BMW Operating System 8 or newer?

All individual settings can be reset to the factory settings when the drive-ready state is switched off. Data can only be deleted while stationary. The vehicle key must be in the vehicle.

If setting synchronization has been activated for a BMW ID in the vehicle, personal settings are kept in the BMW Cloud.
