How can I rename a Game Controller in my BMW with BMW Operating System 9?

Perform the following to rename a game controller paired with the vehicle:

  1. Apps menu
  2. "All"
  3. "Game controllers".
  4. Press and hold the desired game controller in the list.
  5. "Rename"
  6. Enter the desired name and confirm. The selected game controller will be renamed.

Please note: To minimize driver distraction, the function is restricted in certain situations for safety reasons.
