With regular BMW Remote Software Upgrades, your BMW with Operating System 8.5 will receive new functions, functional enhancements or improvements as well as quality improvements. You will receive a notification via the My BMW App on your smartphone and on the control display of your vehicle when a Remote Software Upgrade is scheduled for your vehicle.
