How do I activate or deactivate spoken instructions of the navigation system in my BMW with BMW Operating System 9?

If destination guidance is active, voice guidance may be given for the respective maneuvers. You can turn the volume button off to deactivate voice guidance.

 

Perform the following to activate or deactivate voice guidance:

  1. Go to the Navigation menu.
  2. Select the settings icon.
  3. “Voice guidance”
  4. Select the desired setting.
