How do I save the vehicle position of my BMW with BMW Operating System 8.5 as a favorite in the navigation system?

To save the current position of your BMW with BMW Operating System 8.5 as a favorite in the navigation system, perform the following:

  1. Long press the desired "Point on the Map"
  2. Select the option to "Save as Favorite" The current position is stored in the list of favorites.

Favorites are saved to your BMW ID in the "My destinations" menu. You can also find your favorites in the My BMW App under: "Map" (tab) > "Favorites" (My destinations).
