How do I use the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant to enter a numbered street name, such as "42nd Street", as a destination?

Numbered street names, such as "42nd Street", are best recognized by the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant when you pronounce digit by digit, e.g. "Go to FOUR TWO Street!". Alternatively, you can enter the street name via BMW Maps in the control display.
