How do I use the app widgets on the control display of my BMW with BMW Operating System 8?

In your BMW with BMW Operating System 8, you can configure app widgets to display dynamic content. Using touch you can jump directly to the respective settings menu.

Configure the home screen on the Central Information Display by adding or exchanging widgets.  Choose add widget and select one from the list to add more info to your personalized home screen. To position a widget, simply press and hold it to drag and drop.  Swipe down from the screen's top; this opens the tool belt with central system functions.  It can also contain shortcuts to media, navigation destinations, contacts, and more
