Why can't I update Amazon Fire TV on the BMW Theater Screen?

If you cannot update Amazon Fire TV on the BMW Theater Screen or the update is not completed, first check in the settings menu of your vehicle whether the BMW Theater Screen is connected to the Internet via your Personal eSIM. If you have connection problems, restart the BMW Theater Screen. Persistent problems can be fixed in individual cases by restarting your vehicle. Park your BMW and lock all doors from the outside. Wait about one minute and restart the vehicle and the BMW Theater Screen.

 

Please note: Amazon Fire TV requires at least 500 MB of storage space for updates. To manage memory capacity, select: "Settings" > "My Fire TV" > "About" > "Memory".
