What makes the BMW 3D Head-Up Display in the BMW i3 Sedan, available in the US starting 2027, so special?

The optional BMW 3D Head-Up Display in the BMW i3 shows relevant information on driver assistance and navigation in a view in the driver's field of view. A 3D animation helps to spatially represent driving lanes, driving maneuvers, and navigation instructions. The visualization adapts dynamically to the driving situation, for example at intersections or with lane changes.
