What settings can I save for the M1/M2 buttons on the multifunction steering wheel in my 2024 BMW XM?

You can save individual driving dynamics settings for the M1/M2 buttons on the multifunction steering wheel in your 2024 BMW XM with the following content: Drive, Energy recovery modes, Suspension, Steering, Brake, M xDrive, M Hybrid, Drivelogic, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and M Dynamic Mode. Configure the settings in BMW iDrive ("SETUP" button > "Configure M1/M2"). Alternatively, you can save the active configuration by pressing and holding the M1 or M2 button. By pressing the button you can activate the saved setup. An active M1/M2 configuration is displayed as an icon in the instrument cluster.
