What are the benefits of Curve-Ahead View in my 2025 BMW X3?

Curve Ahead view shows a curve preview on the Head-up display when driving outside of towns and cities. The curve’s radius is shown with an arrow:

  • One arrow: wide curve.
  • Two arrows: medium curve.
  • Three arrows: tight curve.

In addition, this view uses colors to indicate whether the vehicle speed matches the recommended speed. If the current speed is significantly different from the recommended speed, the curve preview is colored red.

 

Perform the following to activate/deactivate Curve Ahead view:

  1. Press the Settings button on the steering wheel.
  2. "Curve-Ahead View".
  3. Select the desired setting.
