Yes, you can use the "Video" vehicle app with the optional "BMW Digital Premium" offer in your 2025 BMW X3 with Operating System 9. An overview of all apps available for your vehicle can be found in the BMW ConnectedDrive Store and downloaded for your entertainment. 

With the Video App, the driver and front passenger are able to view a wide variety of video streaming offerings (powered by Xperi TiVo) on the control display while the car is stationary. This means customers can enjoy a continuously growing selection of video content, such as news, live and on-demand streaming of films and series, for example. The video streaming platform's portfolio will be constantly expanded and rolled out gradually.
