Is BMW Digital Premium linked to my 2024 BMW X2 or to my BMW ID?

You must book BMW Digital Premium for your 2024 BMW X2 using your BMW ID in the BMW ConnectedDrive Store. After activating the apps in the 2024 BMW X2, they can also be used with another registered BMW ID. It is not possible to use BMW Digital Premium with your BMW ID in another vehicle.
