How does the Maneuver Assistant work in the 2025 BMW M5 Sedan and the 2025 BMW M5 Touring?

The Maneuver Assistant in your 2025 BMW M5 Sedan or 2025 BMW M5 Touring supports you in recurring parking and maneuvering situations. You can record up to ten parking and maneuvering actions. When the vehicle reaches the activation area on the route of a stored maneuver, you will receive a notice and you will be able to activate the maneuver on the control display or in the instrument cluster. After activation, the system takes over the vehicle control and performs the maneuver automatically. You can also carry out a saved parking or maneuvering action in the My BMW App outside your vehicle using the "Remote Control Parking" function. Please note: You remain responsible for constantly monitoring traffic during automated parking and maneuvering and must be able to intervene at any time.
