How do I set the intensity of the steering wheel heating in my 2025 BMW M5 Sedan or 2025 BMW M5 Touring?

In your 2025 BMW M5 Sedan or 2025 BMW M5 Touring with Operating System 8.5 and the option "steering wheel heating", the automatic program of the air conditioning system automatically turns on the steering wheel heating depending on the outside and interior temperature. During the course of the trip, the heater output is automatically adjusted according to the set intensity. To set the intensity manually, tap the steering wheel heating icon in the climate menu and press the steering wheel heating button repeatedly until the desired heater output level is selected.

Please note: If you have selected a drive mode for consumption-optimized driving, the heater output is reduced.
