How do I book digital services, packages or functions (BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades) for my BMW?

BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades can be booked via the BMW ConnectedDrive Store:

  • Directly in the vehicle via the Apps menu
  • In the My BMW app, under "BMW Services & Store"
  • In the My BMW portal in the BMW ConnectedDrive Store 

Once you have logged in with your BMW ID, you can see in the BMW ConnectedDrive Store which upgrades are available for your vehicle or have already been booked. 

Please note:  Only the primary user can book BMW ConnectedDrive Upgrades. To complete your purchase, please provide a billing address and a payment method on the My BMW Portal. This is managed centrally via your personal account.

Booked services and functions are usually activated automatically on your next trip, or within one day. Before a digital service or package expires, you will receive a notification by e-mail and in the My BMW App.
