Why can't the automatic doors of my 2023 BMW 7 Series be opened?

The automatic doors in the 2023 BMW 7 Series can be opened or closed from the outside via a button on the door handle or the vehicle key, Digital Key, and from the inside via BMW iDrive or control buttons in the "BMW Interaction Bar" and in the door trim panel. To open the doors, the vehicle must stand still, the longitudinal and lateral inclination of the vehicle must be below 10 degrees and the safety function (for the rear doors) must be deactivated. If persons or objects are in the door opening area, the door opening angle is limited to avoid a collision during automatic opening or closing of the doors.
