The 2025 2 Series Gran Coupe offers a significantly expanded range of functions for partially automated driving and parking. The standard Active Driving Assistant includes features such as Frontal Collision Mitigation, Lane Keeping Assistant, Active Blind Spot Detection, and Speed Limit Info. Customers can opt for the optional Driving Assistance Plus Package, which adds Distance Control and Steering Assistant, which applies corrective steering to help the driver stay centered in the lane at highway speeds.
For even greater comfort on long journeys or in dense traffic, the optional Driving Assistance Professional Package further adds Side Collision Protection, front and rear Cross Traffic Warning, Lane Change Assistant, and Traffic Jam Assistant, which allows attentive hands-free driving on select highways up to 40 mph.
Parking Assistant comes standard on the 2025 2 Series Gran Coupe, including Active Park Distance Control with Side Protection, Rear View Camera with rear Panorama View, and Back-Up Assistant. The optional Parking Assistant Plus, part of the Technology Package, also includes the Drive Recorder and Parking View. Drivers can also use Remote 3D View to have a live three-dimensional image of the vehicle and its surroundings transmitted to their smartphone.
