Depending on the model and equipment of your Apple iPhone and your BMW, you can control the apps of your iPhone by voice with Siri as part of Apple CarPlay. Connect your iPhone via Apple CarPlay. Go to "System Settings" > "Voice control" > "Activate with mic button" > select "Siri."
You can activate Siri with the activation word "Hey Siri" or by pressing and holding the microphone button on the steering wheel of your BMW.
