How do I create a BMW ID?

Your BMW ID is your central login for using ConnectedDrive services in your BMW, in the My BMW App and all BMW Group applications. To create a new BMW ID, select "Register" on the login page of the My BMW App or the My BMW portal. Enter your login data and personal details and save your input by clicking on "Register now". To complete your registration, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. You can also start the registration process in your BMW by scanning a QR code.

 

In BMW models with BMW Operating System 7 or BMW Operating System 8, one primary user and maximum two secondary users can log in with their BMW IDs. In BMW models with BMW Operating System 8.5 or BMW Operating System 9, one primary user and maximum six secondary users can log in with their BMW IDs.
