I did not receive an e-mail with a confirmation link after registering in the My BMW portal or in the My BMW App.

If you do not receive an e-mail with a confirmation link after registering in the My BMW portal or the My BMW App, check your spam folder first. You may have mistyped your name or you may already be registered with your e-mail address on another BMW website. You can request a new password to check your entries.
