I forgot the password for my BMW ID. What can I do?

If you have forgotten the password for your BMW ID, request a new password for your BMW ID via the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of the My BMW App or My BMW portal. You will then receive an e-mail and must create a new password for your BMW ID within four hours. If you do not receive an e-mail, check your spam folder.
